The device does not work as advertised, the Bluetooth does not work. It says turn to turn on the ignition for the Bluetooth to work but even with the ignition turned on it still gives that message. The Apple car play does not work wirelessly even though your advert says all devises include wireless CarPlay.
There is no phone number to contact or talk with anyone at your company to problem solve, there are no instructions in the package the device was delivered in…
No one responds to WhatsApp messages in a timely manner to deal with anything. It’s very disappointing and typical of an internet company that keeps its customers at arms length with no real customer service.

The product itself is very good. It works perfectly. One small drawback, perhaps: I don't have a rearview camera, and every time I put the car in reverse, I get a message saying “Rearview camera not available,” which I have to click away in order to see my standard parking sensor.
Furthermore, the service of Carsosa is unfortunately not so good. Feedback via WhatsApp was either very delayed or not provided at all.

IM FUMING!!! I haven’t received my parcel I’ve waited 12 days and have contacted the customer service team multiple times via WhatsApp chat call and email - not one response!
I called Royal Mail they’ve send the sender hasn’t placed the correct delivery information on the package. I’m appalled by the service this was for an 18th birthday present for a family member who just got her car and I trusted this service but I’m horrified by the lack of customer service and lack of communication there is.

The radio with CarPlay is a fantastic addition it makes driving much safer and more enjoyable by giving easy access to navigation, music, and calls. Just remember that to get the best experience, you’ll need the right cable that fully supports CarPlay, so everything works smoothly and without interruptions.

Screen is fairly easy to install but the companies communication is none existent. Took 10 working days to arrive instead of 4-7 and I was never aware it was arriving it just showed up. Products great but communication is poor.

The unit itself fits in perfectly, I am however getting static feedback from the speakers, I contacted through WhatsApp about this and I was told to check for loose connections, I checked and confirmed the connections were fine, I have chased a reply on the issues for over a week now and have had no further replies and still have the static issue
