​​Return/Exchange Policy

In the event that you decide to request a refund/exchange, we will be the most happy to help. All our products can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order on a "no questions asked basis". Our products have a 12 months warranty period, covering any damage/deficiency to our product assuming these have been used accordingly to their purpose.

Please ensure to leave a note in the parcel of your Order Number and either “Refund” or "Replace" written on it, with a brief description for the reason for the return (e.g. screen not turning on). Once received, we’ll issue a full refund or send off a brand new replacement according to your preferred option.

We encourage you to send all parcel through the "First Class, Signed For" option, as this offers insurance and it is the safest way of delivering relatively expensive goods.
