Started uncontrollably revving my engine when the engine was turned on. Followed all the correct instructions in the video, but still this issue occured, along with no sound from the speakers. Will be contacting for a refund and would avoid at all costs.

I have a technical issue with the car kit since installation. Have tried contacting via whatsapp multiple times for support. Had one reply back asking if I was still having issues, to which I replied confirming I am, and have heard nothing back since. Am thinking of returning the unit for a refund, however, I am concerned about this based on my poor experience with after sales support.

It’s a nice head unit for the price. Looks good and not out of place. I am already running into issues with the wireless CarPlay though. If my issue is resolved, this product would be a 5 star. I will be emailing support.

Great screen quality, boots up quick, wireless android auto works perfect. Easy to install, with included instructions.
Only complaint is a paper sticker installed on the back of the screen, which left glue residue seen from the windshield when looking at the front of the car. The back plastic is so delicate that it scratches with the nails, so I knew I couldn't use any chemicals so I used a microfiber with warm water, and even that damaged the finish and left a shiny spot where that sticker used to be.

I have the old 8" screen on my F30. I replaced it with the new 10.25 touch screen. All the functions work. Since my vehicle will only support media via AUX In or USB input, I use the AUX In feature for CarPlay. The installation is straight forward. I have aftermarket cameras both front and back and they work great. This was my first purchase on this website, and the support has been exceptional.
