Installed everything works, I had to suffer with laying all the cables, I found the best place to the right of the monitor. I did not put the Aucs and USB port, because in fact they do not need connections are installed via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

Package received in less than a weekVery simple assembly thanks to the instructions included in the box. After a trip everything works well, some sound level settings to make for the phone. The only small negative point is that the jack can no longer be used after installation even if it is not necessary to plug the case with it. To check if it is A question of re-location on A socket or not. Otherwise I am very satisfied with this product at the moment. It rejuvenates the interface of my series 5

The product came very quick to Romania, I installed it myself, it took about 1 hour from start to finish. Inside the package are instructions and links to videos on how to install, very helpful. Everything works well, the only thing I noticed is the boot time which is 20 seconds. Maybe there is something in the menu that I didn’t notice, otherwise everything works perfectly.

Instructions were very simple to follow and its a simple enough DIY. But expect this to take about 2 hours. Make sure you disconnect the battery before you start. It does not say it in the instructions but should be done every time you do electrical/wiring work on a car.
I chose to skip the AUX connection method and just used the Bluetooth option for sound, works wonderful. I also skipped the MIC installation, if you use bluetooth it will do both sound and microphone via bluetooth so it saves some headaches in having to do additional wiring and some cuts to be able to do the AUX and MIC installation.
Im 100% satisfied with the purchase, well worth the money if you want to use your original BMW screen like I did.
